With all of the advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) on many of today’s automobiles, it is extremely important to recalibrate these systems when repairs are done to your vehicle. Did you know, that not all Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations are the same?

ADAS-equipped vehicles with a front-facing camera mounted to the windshield need to be recalibrated precisely to the manufacturer’s standards when they are replaced.

There are two types of calibration one is called static, and the other is dynamic. Various vehicles require one or the other and sometimes both types of calibration.
